Participation:

This day is a good opportunity for the young robotics researcher community to meet and exchange about their work.

This year edition will be held hybrid:

  • On site : on the Pierre and Marie Curie campus in Paris.
  • Online: on a visioconference platform

Considering current sanitary measures places are limited to 50 people attending onsite and 100 people attending virtually. The COVID vaccination pass will be necessary to access onsite.

The day will begin at 9:45am with a welcome speech and will and end at 6:00pm.

Attendee:

As attendee, this day is a good opportunity to discover the current problematics addressed in the various robotics fields within the French laboratories, fundamental and applied. To attend, kindly register on the Registration tab of this website.

Speakers:

If you are PhD student, Post-Docs or young researchers and  you want to share your work, two presentation format are available:

  • An oral presentation with a slide preferably in PDF format. The duration of the presentation is around 12 minutes with a 3 minutes time slot for the questions.
  • A poster session online

Indication: Additional discussions can take place in available virtual room on the visioconference platform.

To register as a speaker, kindly register on the Registration tab of this website. You will then be able to upload you contribution using the Contribution submission once registered and logged on the website.

While submitting your contribution, please specify a thematic and keywords. As main contribution submission, you will necessarily upload a single PDF file containing a title, and an abstract. The file might as well include additional figures.

You will be able to upload a second file, if needed.
